Hey guys, it's been a while since I made a blog over here, this time I'm here to show you an application clip for a media I like a lot,

Too bad, I would call this a fail clip rather than an application clip, but meh, as promised here it is, gl to me.

The edit time was about 15hrs from sunday until today

ofcourse only luckshots airshots etc no skill needed that deagle frag is nice but whats the point in putting a 4 kill awp if you can only see 3 ?
He probably didnt care about the frags. Only to show of his edit-skilss =).
every moviemaker this days only wants to do flickshots airshots luckshots dragshots etc... it takes no skill at all... his editing is nice but i would be more impressed to see a nice fragmovie like annihilation than this tbh... im not saying this was bad but usually when i see airshot i just click the x button
Well, I'm not doing any big clips yet cause I still have alot, but a really lot to learn.
Thats the main reason, if I was already a really skilled editer I would do those 5min+ fragmovie with frags coming only from pro players.

i liked your edit dont get me wrong but i really hate airshots etc :D i have a friends who is also a mm and he does his edits so fast it is synced 99% to the music but you can barely see the frag... he has like 1k subs on yt but in his every clip it is all speeded up than slowed up then speeded up again its hard to enjoy somebodys frag you know :D
Well, you're completely right, nowadays moviemakers don't care about spectators, only care about they're edit style, and thats something that embarrasses me as a moviemaker.
I don't play for this kind of shots at all, really, I just can't understand why people only plays to do them, but theres another thing, when I get the answer from the media I can assure you that I will start to make my own editing style and I will also start a project all on my own

The editing isn't great. Sure he uses pretty colours etc and lots of bloom but his control of the speed is awful.
That's your opinion and I respect it, let me just say one thing.
I wouldn't talk about the control of speed but some fails I did on cuts and on slow-motions, for example on the cut on the awp 4k with the triple, it was probably my biggest fail ever, u can't even see the guy aiming.

Yeah that cut on the awp kills was horrendous.
Your slow motions are too long - they kill the pacing of the clip and don't make shots look as impressive as they really were. Also, maybe try only using slow-mo on one or two kills out of four, not on every single one.
