Believing is not enough..
2012-05-21 16:02
hello everyone,i was thinking for a while now to post this blog,i was uncertain if ppl here are ready to hear, read, and see things i will try to reveal here,on hltv.org

i want to make some statements, before i start,

1) This is not a religion topic,i would highly apreciate if no racism enter this blog's comments.

2) I am a christian,used to believe to this dogma,but things in life happen,when u change beliefs,and the way u live,speak,think,and behave.

3) I know that 90% of ppl here, are children(and im not saying it in a bad way, trust me)witch,i know they may have problem understanding what i will try to speak of...

4) Please, forgive any grammar and vocabulary mistakes,it has been a long time since i practiced my english, but im sure there wont be any line in this blog that u wont be able to understand.

So,without further introductions, lets start,i want also to note, that im writing this blog with verve,i dont know what the result may be,but i will try.

BELIEVING IS NOT ENOUGH..YOU MUST KNOW.

when i was younger(16-18 years old) i was very curious about life, god, religion, and all of theese that many of you are also curious about.

Back then,i did a heavy research,on internet, and books, trying to get more answers than the "believe" i came across articles writing about satan, aliens, and whatever u want to imagine..nothing clicked inside me , so i chose none of them as my opinion,or as something that i could "bet" on.

Im 22 years old , and some days ago ,I just had a "curious" night, but it didnt start with the "normal" way,i didnt open my browser heading to search for something unusual,or religion topics, instead i dont even REMEMBER how i got in a site...that....amazed me...

this site is... www.thiaoouba.com ,but NO , i wont tell u to go read this site and believe it,or anything...but i will try to point out some facts.

A) this site,is "selling" books(one of its many "objectives") but,one thing that made me think like "WTF THEESE GUYS ARE FOR REAL" is that they dont ONLY sell theyr books (like 100% of the e-religion sites and bullshit) instead they have an application that u enter name and email, and u get the book in PDF FOR FREE,that alone can tell me one thing, theese guys are not after money, and they dont sell theyr wisdom(if they have wisdom or not is something that u will choose,i pick my choise.)instead they are giving it FREE.

B) whatever i tried to do from the "guides" of this site,it was a success, some things were easy, some things were hard, and some things i didnt manage to achieve, but its ok.

so,what i want FROM YOU to do is,read whatever move your curiocity on this site(not everything, just what u are interested in)u will see that in time u will read almost EVERYTHING.

and,i want you guys to read the book : thiaoouba prophecy,it is translated to many languages, but its free at pdf file,

Why i do this?why i tell u about it?

Not for looking wiser,or anything,or a smartass,i want to really make a GIFT for all of you,and thats all,the book is long, but if u manage to read it untill 1/5,u will nonstop read it,i guarantee.

u might find the book sci-fi,reality,something mixed,or w/e u want,that is YOUR choise,

thanks for reading my blog,i ask you again to dont turn this blog on racism, flaming,or w/e topic,if u got any short questions,i will try to answer them if i can, have a nice day.
i dont wanna read books on my computer, thank you.
2012-05-21 16:09:23
U can order the book in book form if u want :)
anyway,its your choise,its ok :)

Can you tell us a bit more about the book?

You are convincing people to risk their sanity, so I think it's more proper if you can share more details about it.
2012-05-21 16:28:36
U are right my friend, but,i cant find words to describe this book in a short period...this book, talks about everything...

scientists that read it,told that:

1)its a lie,and if its a lie,its THE BEST LIE they ever saw,and probaply the best lie of the century
2)the guy that wrote it is a genius ,even smarter than einsten.
3)its true.

theese are the comments about the scientists that read it,i can just tell u that..

this book, talks about EVERYTHING,and this everything is a chain,i can tell u that in my mind, there is no human to "fantasize" this book and write it...give it a chance, even if 1 person from this site read it,and feel like i felt, then i will be very happy.
2012-05-21 16:55:46
it's about a guy who was taken to planet Thiaboabaobiba for nine days and is now spreading the truth about everything :)))
2012-05-21 17:13:25
I'm an atheist. I find it very strange and repulsing that people in the 21st century still believe in religion and are so hostile against anything else (Not saying you are, but many). There is so much evidence backing up evolution and science in certain areas. I feel that religious people should get a better insight of other "theories" within humanity and where life started. Also, I find it stupid to take whatever parts of the bible you agree with and then push everything else away, which most christians do.

Religion has caused so much shit. I'm not saying people should just stop believing in it because me and others say it, end off story. I'm saying people should learn more about science, big bang, evolution and other areas within this topic. Religion is often something that comes from family where you don't get too big of a choice to make up your mind. When I was young, we used to pray to god before we ate lunch. I find that very stupid since I was so young I didn't know enough to be sure whether or not I believe in god.

Here is an interview Richard Dawkins, an atheist, did with the creationist Wendy Wright. There's some interesting facts in there, check out the other parts as well.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFjoEgYOgRo
2012-05-21 16:30:00
Not all religions are focused on worshipping an imaginary figure (aka "God"), buddishm for example.
2012-05-21 16:43:31
+1
2012-05-21 20:36:34
about people "still believe in religion", well, there is in fact many "evidence backing up evolution and science", but that doesn't necessarily goes against your belief.

i believe in god and science. and evolution. and bla bla bla.

and you're 140% right about using the bible as argument: the bible should be used among christian, not to argue with atheits.
2012-05-21 17:00:36
Well, I'm talented student of physics, mathemathics, astronomy and IT(won many competitions in all of them), and yet I'm panentheist :) atheism is too...shallow
2012-05-22 01:23:08
I don't believe in a religion, but I don't share your opinion. There's a place for both science and religion - they don't have to rule each other out.

Scientific studies are great at answering the question "how?"
However, it rarely answers the question "why?", and this is where religion/beliefs can be helpful for the people who need it.

DON'T STOP BELIEEEEEVING!
2012-05-21 16:43:44
Good Job :))
2012-05-21 16:50:28
i don't like the idea of making a blog because you're amazed about another belief, but ok, i'll give it a try and - try to - read.
2012-05-21 17:02:31
And here u are wrong...there is no belief...

this book, does not go against anything,it does not attack religion, races , or anything, its just explains many things with a way that i cant explain,
generaly im a strong-head man,i dont change opinion easy,an "amazing" story would not be enough to change my mind,or anything.

And i thank u for trying to read it,if u read it u can PM me here on the site.
2012-05-21 17:11:16
as you said,

"if its a lie,its THE BEST LIE they ever saw,and probaply the best lie of the century"

if that can be a lie, you BELIEVE in it.
2012-05-21 17:12:37
i didnt clearly understand u.
2012-05-21 17:51:22
you said two things:

1) there is no belief

2) if its a lie,its THE BEST LIE they ever saw,and probaply the best lie of the century

just considering that it could be a lie, it means you have to believe. so 1) is wrong
2012-05-21 17:54:10
U are wrong my friend, when i say its not a "belief" i mean its not a religion, its nothing new,its not a new "god" or a new "trueth"

it is what it is,an interesting book,u can accept it or denie it,like everything else.
2012-05-21 18:01:00
oh ok.
you should use "religion" next instead of "belief", imo.

once again, if you can accept it or denie it, it is a "belief".
2012-05-21 18:05:36
Ok, shit blog I must say, sorry man. We shouldn't even bring religion in discussion anymore, it doesn't deserve the attention. It's below us..
2012-05-21 17:04:37
its not about religion.
its about everything.
2012-05-21 17:11:30
And here, kids, you see how bad drugs are.
2012-05-22 01:25:51
:D
2012-05-22 18:43:31
oh boy... the writer of this book claims that he was taken to planet Thiaoaiosioiba and now he is spreading the truth? is that right?

please tell me YES and* save my time.

So let's get rid of you once and for ever, "man".
He was taken to some exoplanet. Nice. Closest terrestrial exoplanet is ~15ly far from earth. Considering aliens would have a superduper ship that can reach speed that is close to c, they would first need to accelerate. And, trust me on that, accelerating on speed of light, that's not fun, if you want to keep a human inside the ship alive. Same it goes with slowing down. I guess the 'trave' part wasn't too long, maybe few days. Do you know how many times harder would your body be? I'll create the best scenario, only for you, where aliens would optimally accelerate so noone in the ship would get hurt. This scenario is simple : you start accelerating with constant A(acceleration), on halfway between Earth and our hypothetic exoplanet, aliens would start slowing down with same A, but with reversed vector(not sure about terminology here). Do you know what A is? I'm not using calculator, but if we consider 4 weeks for travelling, which is, I hope, enough, the acceleration is around 10 000 * G, which means your body would weight(if you weight ~80kg) 80 tons. That is weight of locomotive. I don't need to tell you human body can't handle that. I HAVE SPOKEN, YOU HAVE FAILED, PLEASE, LEAVE THE WORLD AND LET IT BE
2012-05-23 01:52:47
I bet you are one of the guys that actually think that pyramids got build with human hands carrying the stones (more than 10 tones each) , do u ?
2012-05-23 02:49:41
phew, I was about to consider reading parts of the book to know what it's about but this comment saved me a lot of time. Amazing that in this century someone can be proud not to believe the egyptians built the pyramids
2012-05-23 14:34:52
I'm one of guys who know what inclined plane and rolling resistance can do :) Oh, sorry, no, pyramids were built by aliens! SIR, YOU HAVE MADE A VERY FAIR POINT. PLEASE, ALLOW ME TO ANSWER : GO FUCK YOURSELF WITH A CACTUS
2012-05-23 21:09:42
i dont claim that pyramids were built by aliens, what i do claim is that with TODAYS "high" technology u cant built a pyramid.

that means that WHOEVER built it had technology that we cant imagine/being acurate of,am i mistaken?

You are mistaken in more ways than you think.
2012-05-24 15:23:29
I respect your opinion bro.
what u cant understand is that me,or the book itself is not forcing anyone to believe it.

the main fact is (and u can read it at the blog) is that in my opinion this book, false or not, accepted or denied, differs from the e-garbage (consipacy, religion, etc.)
its a good read, and it has a nice meaning in the end that can give u some thoughts about things and even help u become a better person, why not?
2012-05-24 15:58:11
I cant understand your ignorence of simple facts I've already given you. The book you've red is just sci-fi. It is NOT real. There are NO aliens near earth, probability of extra terrestrial life is big, but in much bigger distance from earth than you can imagine. Just deal with it.
2012-05-25 16:45:37
How gracious of you.
2012-05-21 17:37:33
hope its not ironic.
2012-05-21 17:45:32
Nah, sarcastic.
2012-05-21 18:30:15

2012-05-21 19:35:31
com on giant ants??? why ants and cockroaches would become giant after a nucliar disaster???This reminds me of some science fiction movies of the 60's.
2012-05-21 19:49:42
actually if u search on google and science experiments,u will see that near england(if im not mistaken)where they did some experiments with atomic energy, fish growed almost half more theyr size:)

and by your logic, its possible from nuclears for ppl to born with 3 eyes or 7 fingers, but not animals or insects to grow?

Post edited 2012-05-21 20:26:52
2012-05-21 20:25:04
then why people did grow equally?
2012-05-21 21:16:39
gamma rays are photons with high energy, that can affect your genetic code. Mostly, it causes cancer - uncontrolled growth of cells that are affected. This, mostly, causes death. The 'lucky' ones get some deformation, or other kind of anomalia, like more eyes, more fingers, maybe also grow bigger. Bud even if ants were growing big, they'd have one very big problem - insect has exoskeleton, which is very hard and they would collapse under their own weight. I thought I'd read this book, but going through your comments...you're pretty good troll or a human with very, very sick brain
2012-05-22 01:31:21
Keep the critic for your self please,im neither trolling nor having a sick brain,if u dont want to read its ok, i wont get to the trouble of searching to answer your scientific approach, one thing i know,u cant say that something is "impossible".
2012-05-22 01:52:25
I can say something is impossible, simple calculations can give you answer. You're a reason for me to be ashamed for being a human
2012-05-23 01:32:34
and,WTF WITH U PPL?scientists read this faking book and noone standed in this part explaining "thats not possible from nuclear"

but ofcourse the random hltvorgers know the answers better, what u DONT UNDERSTAND is that i dont want u to believe,or accept it,i got a fucking source on something i think it has VALUE on the e-garbage and im offering it to you,and instead u call me a sick mind,gj faktard.
2012-05-22 02:10:37
Tell me name of ONE scientist who read the book and didn't say it's bullshit. Give me ONE name and source that can be prooved positive of fake.

2012-05-22 02:46:36
I'm finding it really hard to believe this,WTF ? I read around 5 pages:\ and it sounds like it would make a really sick movie or a game. I cant understand how u are believing this but it would be fucking awesome if it was really true, i mean it could be, idk O.o.I'll read the book and hope I'll find something that would make me believe it :D

noone ever found a "shitty" part in this book .

im amazed
2012-05-22 13:23:27
ofcourse no scientist say anything cuz it seems that everything this book talks about cant be proven.
2012-05-22 15:16:31
or disproved, scientists and academics have studied this book.

2012-05-23 14:14:31

Which scientists mate?Doctor xlaparxidas and Doctor foufoutopoulos from the university of kato kolopetinitsa in nowhere.
Did you actually search about them through other sources?
I m not telling you they are saying bullshit cause this book couldnt keep me reading it till the end to judge it.

Plz understand that I m not trying to "go on you".
Im like you in a way, but I ve been doing this searching in and out, longer than you are.
Try to understand that it is difficult to say what is and what is not(on religion god politics ethics history e.t.c)on matters that cant be proven.
Bare all in mind be sure about nothing.
I strongly advise you to take a look at kymatica or even find the book i proposed you above.
Im not saying these two say the truth about the world ,life ,God or you name it,but just to take a look on a deferent proposal that seems to be goiteytiki(sorry could think of the English world).
2012-05-22 16:42:16
Just give this book a read untill 2/5 of it,u will be interested to read it all...
2012-05-22 17:00:39
ok I might give it a try one more time :)
2012-05-22 18:24:03

2012-05-22 13:49:30
I am god my son.

2012-05-22 15:39:48
Ok.for all the hltv.org scientists here i got u this, and i challenge u to search on google and whatever u want to find an article saying the OPPOSITE.the book is quite known, especialy back in the days it was writen.so here we go.

Q. What do scientists say about The Book ?
A. Michel had a live radio interview with a group of physicists in Melbourne, who studied his book thoroughly and attacked his credibility quite viciously. Michel asked them: did you read my book?" "Yes, several times" they answered. Then Michel asked them "you are scientists and physicists: show me just one sentence in my book that you can prove with your instruments and knowledge to be a lie". Guess what. They could not find one. All of this was on air. It was in 1994 and they are still searching.

Q. What about skeptical scientists ? What do they say ?
A. Basically, they say that The Book is fiction or even bullshit, until they actually read and study it. One academic resisted for a long time, saying that he does not read paranoia and bullshit. Finally he agreed to read the book, as "science fiction". When asked about his opinion of the book, he answered: ' Well, in my opinion there are 3 possibilities '

1. It is a lie. In this case I must admit that it is the best lie I have ever come across, and possibly the best lie of the century. It clicks so well with our past and present that it is simply unbelievable.
2. This guy (Michel) is a literary genius. It is like Einstein+100*J.Verne (my comment: Michel is a farmer with no education and has never written anything before, except letters to his mother)
3. It is really true
You have to read the book yourself to make your own choice.

i say it again,i challenge every little scientist in here to find me a scientific approach that proves that this book has 1 single PROVED lie.

thanks.

So reading the FAQ on the website makes these claims true? Why don't we see a source of a scientist claiming it's bullshit then. If you want a source of a scientist claiming it's bs and showing reasons why then I want a source of a scientist claiming it's bs to begin with and then being shut down. Just because someone claims something doesn't make it true. Btw I read the FAQ let's get a recording of his talk with the guys on the "radio station" if you find that recording I'll shut up. Until then none of this is credible because there is zero proof other than the FAQ page which is not a credible source and obviously a biased source.

Btw I have nothing against anyone who believes this guy but don't post this nonsense about his credibility without sources other than a book HE WROTE and a FAQ page on HIS website.
2012-05-22 22:28:09
i dont give credibility,i give something that in my opinion is worth reading (even if u agree or not with it)
especialy compared to the e-bshit

its amazing how we,humans, seek only proof,
and when 90% of population are able to believe crap like zeitgeist and other consipacy shit, when the "trueth" can be a lot more simple, reading the faq if u want my opinion is nothing, just give the book a honest read, then u can tell me what u think and i will 100% accept it whatever the result may be.

I'll give the book a shot. I just don't like how the FAQ is brainwashing people to believe that this means all the things said are factual. I'm sure the book is great if you defend it so much. I like to read new things so I'll download it. But do note I'm mainly expecting a story not a new belief system. If these beliefs make you happy and feel "peaceful" by all means believe. Similar to my thoughts on the bible the man who wrote the bible or men had very vivid imaginations and were very creative for their time.

Btw the zeitgeist has only one real factual part which is obvious to anyone with knowledge gained in economics 101. The rest was debunked quite heavily and I do not believe the crap the zeitgeist is trying to make people believe. The religious part of it is especially laughable.

man, none of us cares enough to bother making the research. And I'm pretty sure it's also why scientists never criticised it: cuz it's so grotesque that there is no need proving it wrong, just like there should be no need to prove that 2+2=4: it is simply so obvious that I find it astonishing that someone even falls for that. However, and for your own good, I advise you to think twice about what you believe in.
I can made aberrant stuff as I want, but the fact that you have no way to prove me wrong doesn't mean that I'm right. Seriously be more careful with what you read, cuz one day you're the kind of guy who might end up in a cult and not understanding how and why he got there
2012-05-23 14:48:29
This guy is just offering a good read.

when i learn it, will it change my life? if yes, how much?
2012-05-24 00:26:09
This is something that nobody can tell u,even if u accept or denie this book, the message it has is a good one and it might infuence u to think for certain things.
