tu te rappel de NoA elle était plus fort surtout avec Sunde l'un des meilleurs awper mais mTw need real awper for exemple : FRIIS from TCM il est un bon projet pour mTw (remplace ArcadioN)
nothing special to play against the best swedish players, they're mixing all the time just like the rest. so you can play against the best swedish players every day if you want, not the whole clan though.
i don't know really, i wouldn't pay to play them and most of the other swedish players wouldn't either. that's just how it is.
and to get a spot in those clans you would need a hell of a lot more than just performing good in one tournament against those guys, you would have to go to the smaller lans and win some of them, start mixing with the pro players.
basically you need to be the best player in the world for almost a year before you could get a chance to play in fnatic or sk. just look at get_right and gux before they joined fnatic, they were extremely good for a long time.
that's the truth, i'm not expecting you to know this but believe me. swedish players don't form teams, there are no clans in sweden, only mixes and gathers.
why would a mix want to pay around 100 euros to go to dreamhack, when there is no chance that they will win? if it was a clan it would've been different, because then they would like to evolve as you said.
but sadly this is how it works in sweden. no teams, only mixes, and if you don't got a chance of winning most good players don't even participate.
and you can believe whatever you want, it's true that almost all the "good" swedish mixes/teams that have attneded dh byoc have made it to the pro tournament. but once again, swedish semipros doesn't attend dreamhack, they prefer other, cheaper lans where they have a chance of winning. the lan itself is uninteresting, and dreamhack is more of a lanparty for casual gamers then just a pure tournament lan.
yeah, i said that SKILLWISE sweden deserves more spots. how is that whining and what does that have to do with me wanting to play in any big tournament? i just said what i think, i know it wont happen and i know why countries can't get more spots than that.
and you're talking about "only three non-swedish teams participated, one got through blabla" so what? doesn't change the fact that the few good, swedish teams or mixes that did attend the byoc qualifiers got through. so i don't know what your point is really.
and you were talking about the other shitty swedish teams that participated and lost, why the fuck would i care about if some swedish randoms lost to aU or whatever? all i'm saying is that the few swedish GOOD swedish teams that participated in the BYOC got through. with good i mean people among the group of players that i consider as the top 100 in sweden.
and about this part "once again you fail to misunderstand me", that's a joke. but when i think about it i think it's only used by swedish people so it was pretty stupid of me to think that you would understand that, sorry for that.
most of these good teams in sweden that are under top 5 (read: top 6-20) do NOT attend dreamhack because they know that they wont win against the biggest names, but they would easily get through byoc. so to clearify this even more: it is NOT impressive that 2/3 non-swedish teams got though, since most of the swedish teams participating in dreamhacks byoc tournament are shit.
and to take it even further, the non-swedish teams that attend dreamhack are among the best teams from their country.
and i can also tell you that everytime any of those i consider the top 100 swedish players have gone to dreamhack they've made it through the byoc qualifier.
dhs 2011 esc and tcm got through from the qualifier, the only other swedish team with people worth mentioning was reaspel and they lost on wo against tcm.
dhw 2010 three swedish teams and kaos got through from the byoc qualifier, the other swedish teams were shit and some of the guys from gamingplace and diagnos that went through are actually quite bad and i probably wouldn't put them in the top 100 in sweden.
so you see, if all of the best 100 players from sweden would form teams and go to dh for example. that would be 20 teams that easily would be good enough to enter the competition compared to kaos and tcm.
