Commands usually set to anothe..
Since it's forcedly i wont count changint ex_interp from .1 to .01.
But there are values like zoom_sensitivity_ratio and hpk_maxsize which cannot be set by options menu. Recently i got hold of some configs of playres who are top level and there are differences.

Do you know which commands and their values get changed? And the reason behind it?

zoom_sensitivity_ratio is the sensitivity with scope turned on (AWP/scout). About hpk_maxsize: www.ukterrorist.com/news/149/ (is it so hard to use google?)

All the cells in my body on this exact moment wants to insult you but whatever.

I know those settings for that i wrote them as an example. I'm curios if there is any other, and if it isn't automatically changed by client or anything there are some values changed by players themselves.

I'm just curios about those.

Oh, my bad. But I don't really get your point - are you searching for commands that change their value automatically (for example ex_interp sometimes, especially if you don't put it into your config file) or commands in general which don't appear in the options menu?

Technically you can't change ex_interp or zoom_sensitivity_ratio from options menu.

I want to know which commands are players changing expect the ones i mentioned and to what values they change.

And by saying 'the reason behind it', i meant how the commands effects the game.

zoom_sensitivity_ratio as you said changes your sensitivity while the cope is turned on.

hpk_maxsize deletes custom.hpk which i can't consider it as a real change in gaming.

As i said, I'm curios about other ones, if there's any.

Well there are lots of similar commands but since I'm currently on my working computer I can't access my config files. But you can discover those commands pretty easily.

First of all you could keep dl'ing pro players' configs, especially their userconfig.cfg-files where are usually the additional commands.

Secondly you could download some GUI that is different from the default one, for example from www.satanion.dk/cs/gui.html. In these "official" GUIs there are often these type of commands added in the options menu (I mean the ones you normally need a console to change the value); for example hud_fastswitch, cl_dynamiccrosshair etc. If I remember right, the WCG GUI 2008 has the most of these commands (you need a console to change) in the options menu since in some WCG games you can't even access the console (I'm not 100% sure about this, but at least there was this kind of rule when we went to local WCG quals in May - altho the referees didn't care there).

But all of these will dawn on you with time even without particular exploring.

I compared mine to Gux's, there are some differences most of them about audio, afaict.

So i might need a bit analysis.
I'ma compare.Gux then mine
s_verbwet "0.25" >>> "0.15"
s_refgain "0.4" >>>>> "0.34"
s_min_distance "5" >>> "8"
s_distance "60" >>>> "18"

and there is cl_timeout "300" to "35" but i think it is determines how many seconds it waits before disconnecting to servers, so it isn't important.

s_ commands are about audio i think. I'm wondering if Gux himself changes these, or it is automatically set to these values.

I'd test them myself but i don't have any headset at the moment. So if anyone helps me out about these commands, I will really appreciate the help.
