Wire fitting is crap. My G500's wire broke into half at the point of insertion into the mouse. The mouse wheel is addictive though :-D

He can try SteelSeries Kana, but I think it's too problematic.

+1, Kana is (almost) the same as IE.. imo, good buttons, bottom is translucent..

Kana has predicition while 3.0 / 1.1 doesn't, so AM is more 1.1 than Kana. Also if we look sensor specs, AM's 6400 fps is closer in 3.0 / 1.1 's 9000 fps than Kanas 3600 fps.

Yes, when i use mouserate checker my hz of kinzu stays 495-500~ when i move it.
In fact my zowie ec2 gives me: 450-790~ so its not rlly stable if u ask me

Ok, hard to believe from SS mice. :P

You can get stable 500 Hz with ZOWIE mice if you overclock manually with hidusbf. The sensor skipping problem is very unusual, maybe you should mail ZOWIE to send you new one.

I used with EC1 eVo with default 1000 Hz which was 700-1000 in mouserate, but in game you can't notice unstable hz, it's just in our minds...

But i must agree with what you say.. "it's in our minds" in the end it's all about personal preference what you like and for wich mouse you finally decide.. it was just something i noticed about the ec2 :P, but i heard alot of bad things about kinzu to so haha :D
