Will you move to CSGO if PROs move?
Seems that CS 1.6 professional big money events will die this year and if those professional 1.6 players who will continue playing and move to CS:GO, will you also move to CS:GO?

Or you could just continue playing CS 1.6? You do know that when people say "CS is dying", they're talking about tournaments and teams dying, not the game itself... You can still play mixes, public & dm etc... :)

I don't play to be a professional... :) I play to become better, but i would never WANT to be a professional 1.6 gamer, because that would most likely ruin my life :)

Believe me, I would not, except if it was an "Only Online" team. I live far out on the "country side" and it would take me 12h to get to the capital, Oslo. Why the F*UCK would I move??? I play this game because I like it, not because I wanna "follow the pro's" :O Counter-Strike is a game that cannot die, unless Valve destroys the entire game (not gonna happen) as long as someone plays it, it's not dead, and there are millions playing it... And I also feel that people that will move because of the pro's moving, is kinda "wannabe pro's"... Just stupid if you ask me (i'm talking about those that actually hates the game, but still start playin' it because the pro's does -_-)

I play CS1,6 becouse I like it too. But still, if the sponsers moved to CS:GO, then the 'pros' would move to CS:GO. So ofcourse i would move to :)

640 is not better. People use it simply because they used to use it back in the old days when they had horrible computers. You can use any resolution and nothing changes unless you use widescreen but any 4:3 res is the same.

If I like the game sure. At the moment I haven't had a chance to play it so I cannot tell. For sure tho the fact that pro's move will NOT affect my decision. On the other hand if it happens and pro's move to CS:GO CS 1.6 community will be going 'dead'. I think that still most of the people will move to CS:GO even if now thay say they will not.

As someone said. I am not playing to be pro but just to enjoy it.
