I haven`t seen that much, but I`d vote for SpawN. I mean, if I have to speak about sheer aim, not taking technique into account, because SpawN is good at hitting things in any situation and with any weapon, as well as his aim is consistent and his reaction speed is always on top notch. On top of that, he`s prefiring on top level as well with his keen sense of timing.
Could be more players to compete with him, but I haven`t watched that many demos and SpawNs demos are astonoshing even at 1/4 speed.

1st- Forest, Neo.
2nd- GTR, Edward, Delpan, face, markeloff, starix, zonic, ave, trace, moddi, krystal.
My judgement will never go wrong, go and watch some crucial maps, 1 on 3, 1 on 1 , 1 on 4 neo and forest have done good job.
And also in the 2nd position, these guys are good rushers. They also
have quite good aim. I have seen many of these their KD is always above 1.25 ( which is really good).
