u are TOTALLY RETARDED! u dont know shit about football, nothing, they were facing, probably, the best team of all times!! they watched videos of teams getting RAPED when they try to get the control of the ball, control of the match, they cant play 1 vs 1 against such talented players, that is ridiculous! if they cant win the match with ball possession, they HAVE TO PLAY counter-attack, they must wait for them to make mistakes, they had to put drogba working the center defenders and with fast players open wide in the lines, THEY WON THE MATCH, busting theyr asses, running, fighting, whatever, they won the match, that is the only way to play vs Barça. u should watch this match from chelsea's pov, they played vs the best team in the world and yet they made it, they won, they worked very very hard to stop the barcelona attack, give them some credit cause they made something that only a few teams probably could! stop with that non-sense, they did what they had to do in order to STOP THEM, in order to BEAT THEM, and they DID!! learn something, football isnt only about playing good, its about winning, its about passion, its about fighting, its about finding ways to beat the best and that is what chelsea did today!

They did play football, with the strategy they needed. And they even scored when they first had their chances, that's what football is about :)

Actually Chelsea are the team who can do well in matches when their possesion is very low. In group phase when they played vs Valencia it was about 35% and still the score was 3-0 in their favour. They know how to play defensive and execute it perfectly. After Di Matteo became a coach this defensive play is solid as it used to be again, but they struggle with offensive really hard.

Sure, football is a sport where for the clubs and the players often pretty much only the result matters and Chelsea played as they should to win.

But for me as a spectator, I don't watch the games to see who wins. I watch it as a form of entertainment. The sad thing about Barcelona is that they are so much "better" in playing football than all the other teams that no team in their right mind is even going to play football against them because they would be crushed. Teams like Chelsea, and even a team like Real Madrid with all the skilled players they have, are forced to just put up a bus in front of their own goal and hope Barca won't break through. I find this kind of play incredibly boring where you don't even try to play the game and you just try to defend and defend. Sure, credit to Chelsea for winning the game, but it doesn't make their play any less boring.

i guess chelsea players remember very well!

everybody who watch football remember that game, vs Arsenal, vs Real and now vs Milan, but just uefalona fans who live in they own universe doesn recognize that they play with 11 players and a referee.. it will be that til uefa change some people, i can bet that in camp nou barsa get penalty, Chelsea red card or cancel goal
