try Aikido, it requires mainly technique as you use your oponents power to counter attack him, and since you seem to be quite skinny maybe its the best choice for you.

~70 is good enough I guess, 75 is what people like to call ideal ( theay that it's (height - 100 for guys, weight - 110 for gilrs) ...for ex I'm 187 and I'm 83kg and I don't really look skinny

Dude just do pushups at home for like 6-12 months, it should give you some kilos, if you do it properly and seriously without skipping, after that think about fighting sport.

dont know how i stopped, i just wanted to have better results when lifting.
sometimes i didnt smoke for 2 months and had +5kgs and then i smoked again and lost 3kgs again :D
after a while that was really frustrating, so i just stopped. now i smoke sometimes, but i dont lose weight again :))
