HeatoN and walle extremely unfair?
I've been thinking lately, the stream with HeatoN and walle is pretty one-sided. Of course I think it's fine but that might be cus i'm a swede.
The question is:
Don't you think HeatoN and Walle stream FOR etc SK and fnatic.
Cus when for example now, SK vs ESC they almost cheering for the swedish team SK. I've been seeing this in almost all matches with sweden..

It's pretty obvious, they know each other pretty good, also SK and fnatic are swedist (mostly) and so..\
But its still nice to watch or hear, legends shoutcasting LAN events :)

You're just ignorant. Rahim is able to joke around, make the viewers laugh and supports both teams. Not to mention, he does have a good idea about the game, he's really everything you can want in a shoutcaster figuring he knows the game very well as where HeatoN and walle are just boring grandpa's of CS.

Joe Miller on the other hand is also a very good caster that I love hearing but not as funny as Rahim.

his comments about what players did wrong are mostly correct, rocket jump and other things he made up are just to make casting more entertaining and so on...ofc not everyone likes this kind of stream, but i guess that there are a lot ppl who like it (including myself)

it's not about corrent, he just saying what he sees. His comments like "they are rushing B" and I always have in my mind "I know you dumbass that they are rushing B". He doesn't have his opinion about opponents he streaming. He just talking about what is happening on the map. You know Joe and HeatoN & walle always analyse the game. Trying to predict what's gonna happen, that's interesting to listen. Watch a football match. You won't find a single commentator(on a good sports channel ofc) who talks only about what's happening at the match at the moment. They are always adding some info about transfer politics of the clubs, about their shape ect. That's the task of the commentator, to keep spectator being interested in a game. And after RAHIM's streams there's nothing but headache after his stupid screams.

wrong. its not just "they are rushing B" etc. Many times he tells what he thinks a player did wrong and he is right. even before a player does a stupid move he tells him not to and he is mostly right. he does have a good knowledge of what a player should do in a different round (depending on the teams economy etc). its pretty simple to understand you, when a person hates someone, he will only see bad things about that person and ignore good things. and cuz you mentioned heaton&walle...heaton doesnt have the feeling of the game, mostly he agrees with walle or make comments like "how stupid was that" or "how did he miss that, omg". walle does have some good comments cuz he understands the economy (like he knows when players buy galils (although they had money for AK) only cuz they couldnt afford AK's + bombs). i do like them (theyre legends after all), but theyre just not a good commentators for me, i get bored after a while (but yes, depends on what type of casting you like)

I think that sums up the entire cast. Listen very carefully to how heaton speaks. He adds no substance to the game. Says the most obvious stuff, and positively&negatively agrees all the time. There was no insight to the game.

I never hear Rahim and Joe say things like; "that I think is a bad decision, I would expect him to do ..... here" where Joe only comments on the decision when the situation allready passed and Rahim shouts some jibberish in his funny accent.

It's obvious they are pretty new to the whole shoutcasting thing and they are not including viewers, telling stories and making jokes (which are funny for viewers and not only for themselves)as much as Joe would do (where Rahim is only trying to be funny) but shitty insights? really?
They comment on why a team decides to eco, why they are not going for the defuse in deco vs guns but only try to get some frags, how they are trying to fuck-up eachothers money-system etc. etc.

They are players shoutcasting and they have to learn how to make a good show out of it to be as good as Joe but their expertise on the game > Joe

It's pretty natural, and I don't think that it's unfair like you said. They were playing so long under SK tag and with the current SK squad. They're all from Sweden so it's normal to cheer up for their neighbours/friends.

I'll give you an example. Mourinho cheers for Chelsea, Inter when they're playing, so it's nothing wrong.

I just love to watch them even in Swedish when I don't undesrtand a simple word, and it's still watchable.

but yes, ofcourse they cheer for their country. they both have been playing in sk, and both are settled in sweden.

I really like their kind of casting, suddenly they talk about random thins or tells a joke. this is how its got to be to keep it alive. cus only focusing on the game can get booring, if nothing happens.

I think walle is OK, but Heaton is ridiculous most of the time; I mean come on, when he played the game was totally different, and from what I heard he often judges the players without having any knowledge why they did what they did, i.e. forced buy after lost 1st round etc. He offers little to no insight to the game and his commentating is limited to merely describing whos frag was nice and who made a big mistake (although it's often him who made it). He's basically just livin' off his legend status and doesn't realize the game has changed.. a lot.
