Steelseries Engine
Hi, I have received SS Kana yesterday and when i start ss engine its not working and shutting down, mouse works like shit btw

1. read the manual
2. plug the kana into usb 2.0 slot and not into 3.0

I had the same problem with my kinzu v2, and one day it suddenly worked, i don't know. I think it had something to do with the fact that my windows was updating, I restarted my PC and then it worked. I don't have any advice to give you, sorry.

plug mouse and then download ss engine and run it as admin

had this problem with my kinzu v2, dunno how I did get it fixed, but somehow I reinstalled SSE, relaunched my pc and pluged the mouse without SSE, then installed it. give it a shot
