Rate, cl_cmdrate, cl_updaterate and more.
it is the same as 1.6 or ?

i just play with the same as in cs updaterate and cmdrate 101
doen't matter for me, sometimes i got literal 15 fps..
most of the times between 25-35
cl_disablefreezecam 1 or something is the best command i found

i also got it + 1 invite...

but i cant send the invite to anyone, there is a message displayed that i have to wait 30 days, and if i dont attract negative attention i will be able to send the gift :D

I had same problem, it wont work through the trade. But you can send in manuallly to 1 perosn on you're friend list.
Just go to Manage gift and guest pass and then find the CS:GO key and from there send the gift.

Those commands, get your gun little smaller and gets like 1.6ish

This commands most of the "pro" players are using, maybe it gets the game little easier for u
