Ok ok motivation winning tournaments but... under the wings of NEO, everybody can win something with HIM..cuz he is the best player in this planet so... you are gray player in this team, I don't blame you, you are a good person etc. but seriously better step up for some younger player, give other guy opportunity to play at the same lvl. You are too old as a cs player and you should be replaced immediately.

they are going to lose teamplay, cause this is their strongest side. This team is build on that, they cant match with skill to many but they gain with huge experience and teamplay.
When they joined pasha it took them alost a year to win tournament. Pasha had to do a lot of work to catch up, gain some needed experience in international tournaments and so on. In poland there are no players with proper experience in highest level gaming so ESC could replace one of them. There are only players with potential, but they would need time as pasha did, and i think ESC wont risk that and lose whole year to teach someone new and get him into the team. Not when it is not certain that cs 1.6 is going to be present on tournaments next year.
