I expect everyone here to have at least played Dreamteam once. Whenever I pick a team I can never decide who's the best first fragger to put in my team.
So my question is, who's the best first fragger currently? That would benefit your Dreamteam most in recent tournaments?
It's so easy to put the worst fragger as an IGL, an awp for an awper, a rifler for a sprayer. Though people tend to first frag randomly in most matches that I see.
It's most likely an awp player who will be a first fragger as it's often are those who open up the map.
And if we look at the current semi-finalist (Anexis, eSrael, SK and Fnatic) it's Delpan, from SK who has the highest among of score in the First Fragger role, and in second we got LOMME, from Anexis.
But it's random as hell. I often choose Gux (havn't been profitable in this tournament), but because he like to be aggressive, just like moddii.
I'm just pointing out what usually would benefit the most, as a first fragger (statistically), not what to choose, as I agree with you. The first fragger role seems redundant as it the most of the time would be an awp'er who is first fragging (in general) if you ask me.
But there's of course a lot of riflers who's first fragging as well.
yeah the first fragger role is pretty random, since the players that usually do good in them also often die first and go minus instead, if they have a bad day
