EDIT: I live in mid Finland (420KM from Helsinki) and I have 30-40 ping on g-portal.de. They are best servers I've ever played in.

jo im a german who lives in norway, i have a very fast fiber connection and i got ping 18-22 at german servers 10-12 at swedish servers and like 2-5 at norwegian servers, its mostly about the routing and what kind of connection you got.
