i had with 7mbs internet cca 10-20 ping, but now i have 16mbs and have 33-45 ping :(

I had below 25 maybe 2-3 months ago with 2Mbit/s, but, my ISP have doubled connection to 4Mbit/s and now my ping is 50 +- 5 .. which is pretty sad, and I can't do anything about it, because other ISPs aren't available where I live (even if my settlement is one of the biggest in Sarajevo, BiH).

You can check the Ping of the Internet Connection easily...To check Local LAN Connection Ping by using the Following method
GO to start->run->cmd->Ping ip-address
or you need to check Ping for website from your computer means you can reach here http://www.whoisxy.com/ping.aspx and do the Ping test for yahoo,Google etc...

Nope you wrong cuz packages sended by cmd-ping is smaller than in CS and ping is smaller. Check yourself first make "ping server_domain" and next compare ping to "ping server_domain -l 500" It will be higher cuz packages are bigger and it take more time to send.You should set right parameter "-l"(bytes) same as CS use to send packages.
