I have a question
When i was playing a match in my server, a HLTV with this ip 77.111.208.201:27090 came to my server.. How thats possible?

I enter on the HLTV ip and have advertising from this website.. So, im here..

Im sorry for my bad english and ingorance about this.

Anyone can connect HLTV to a server if they know sv pass.
