It's serbian gather, one of the best gathers on Balkan.

Gamers.ba gather isn't complitated, you must only open gather and write ready. Only TS3 is obligatory.

But your problem is ping and langugage, so nothing. I only wrote which gathers are good here, on Balkan. Excello is good too, but it's new.
