Firstly, you clearly have no sense of humor, or it's very very low. The "horse" line was a joke which didn't meant that you have horse but to make fun of Poland's quite a low development compared to Germany, Sweden, Finland, Norway etc...

Secondly. Why should I know anything about Poland's government? I just told that the source is from their statistics site and that has nothing to do with my Polish politics knowledge. I don't wanna know anything about your terrible country's terrible government.

Secondly Part 2. Schools papers are probably one of the worst knowledge and IQ meters that exist. You can study exact thing that you need to learn for a test. Even an idiot with IQ under 90 can get the best papers from every subject if he just crams enough (reads the book so many times that he remembers everything, at least for a week). When you study for test, you cram, and when you cram, the thing doesn't stuck in your head permanently but just for a short time. If you are quick learner, you learn the thing more easily of course so you don't need to cram as much as the low IQ guys. Still, that doesn't mean that you will remember the things from the book. You can only remember things that you are interested in. For example: maths has always been a problem for me. I hate it and for me it's so hard to learn it. That's why I remember nothing from my high school maths lessons. But when it comes to geography, I remember almost everything. I've always liked it and that's why I have been willing to study it and learn new things. When you are curious about something, you learn it more accurately and widely. And when you learn it that way, you will remember it for long, long time. I hope that after this conversation you never think again that school papers tell your general knowledge or IQ.

Secondly Part 3. I_don't_care about your priests and your religious habits. I just told the numbers from statistics that government have published. Of course the source is not 100% or even 90% sure, but I'm 100% sure that it's more accurate than your personal opinion which is as trustworthy as Lada.

Lastly, I don't think that I'm the wisest guy. Not even close. People who think that someone thinks him/her being the wisest, are idiots themselves. Also , I like how you call a guy with 118 IQ a retard. Your knowledge let you down, because person with IQ under 70 is defined as a retard so it's not very clever and mature to use that word as your usual "insulting word".
