Mine was aztec in beta 5.2, it was very different back then. The A bomb was a room in the outside. Colt still had zoom and a 200 bullet clip :)

I think that the name was/is cs_mini_militia or cs_minimilitia xD. Me and my 3 friends played 2vs2 almost every day for about couple of months, and I remember falling downs from that building and trying to get into ventilantion, and when I succeded I felt like I've done sth. extraordinary. Of course we were all beginners. Then those hallways and moving those trash cants, it all becomes funny to me right now. It was really fun to play back then, because I personally feel better competition and impression was amazing. AHHHHHHHH, good old times. I wish I'm noob right now hahaha.
