I qualify.

I stopped playing CS about a month before 1.6 was released (I'd lost hope that the most egregious bugs would ever be fixed), and moved on to various versions of UT and Quake.

Stopped playing games competitively in 2006, and haven't really touched a mouse since 2007.

Still an avid spectator of most esports, especially CS, Quake and Starcraft, but even LoL on occasion :)
