Well in my case, my GF thinks it sucks when I smoke, becouse it smells like shit, and she wont kiss me after I have smoked... But she fell in love with me at the time when I smoked, but I quit smoking for her, and a few weeks later she dumped me. Ofc the smokeing wasn't any issue, but just timing:)

Thats weird, I too have a grandfather that smoked for well over 50 years and yet he quit 5~ years ago without any problems. The only downside to it was that he gained a bit of weight, which he then ran off because he was actually able to run after some time ;)

I've never heard of anyone got fever and hallucinations and vomitting because of quitting. Well atleast none in my family/friends or any people I know...

Coming from a smoker I can assure that it is not, "cool."
It also reduces your life span which everyone should know.

But it is extremely difficult to stop. I've been smoking almost 7 years now. I think it was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I hope any newcomers to smoking really think about the dangers and risks and understand that smoking has nothing to do with being cool. You don't smell good. You don't always feel good. (If you chainsmoke.) Its just simply a filthy habit. There is zero reason to start and an infinite amount of reasons to stop.

I've smoked for 9 years and I just quit 8 days ago because my girlfriend has been trying to get me to quit the past year we've been together (her father has stage 4 cancer from smoking). So yeah I don't think she supports it.
