Help me buy a monitor
hey guys, I want to buy a new monitor.
Specs I need :
1.22 or 24 inch
2.2 MS response time
3. 120HZ frequency....
What other features i should see? I Dont want a 3D monitor and ofcourse not that costly BENQ monitor. something around below 300$(in newegg/amazon) should be fine.. Cuz buying that here in India would cost me around 350$-400$ in India thanks to taxes.. :)

I want to know the difference between? ACER GD235HZ and ACER GD245HQ.... Funny 24inch monitor is costlier than 23 inch.. I think both are 120HZ and 2Ms response. Help me out thanks :)

1. all monitors that are 120hertz are 3D
2. Acer are generally lower quality
3. Look for a Samsung if Benq is too expensive. Should be 1 or 2 types that fit this budget. If not look at LG / Asus / Viewsonic / then Acer.

Hey thanks a lot . I think it comes around 20K approximately in India..but ill see more sites where i can get it cheaper. can u suggest me monitors from LG/Viewsonic as well.. I am trying to get ASUS VG236H but its out of stock everywhere.

Hey the costly one -i meant the Heaton-spawn released version the XL2420T, its the best gaming monitor ever to be produced :). anyway the link u posted, is this monitor 120Hz??

hey yeah thats the prob man. my budget is around 15-17MAX.. 22k too costly.. i saw that on flipkart. sadly flipkart doesnt have much of ASUS or ACER.

Lol i have only 14K. im planning to sum up 3K somehow ... anyway i lost my interest... all thye have is BENQ XL2420 or ASUS VG27H thing.. both are good but too costly. Just gonna settle with a decent 120HZ monitor. doesnt matter if 5MS ... anyway

Try and find the first generation HeatoN and SpawN-BenQ monitor. I think it is XL2410t. It hasnt been on the market as long as 2233RZ so you may find it somewhere, it has to be cheaper now than before since BenQ has released a new monitor.

I have that monitor and it is great. Dont know if there are much differences between XL2410t and XL2420t tho.

Yeah im trying.. cant really find it .. damn they r not releasing 120HZ in india that much :X... Only ASUS VG27H orsomething and then benq XL2420 is there :/

go search HannsG i got it and i am very happy with it!!
i will advice everyone that will buy a new monitor its very cheap an got quality!!
