Well in our country there are problems of ddosing so our Server hosting providers have banned every ip except our own country so our country players can play but the ips which do not belong to our country are blocked e.g Hltv.org servers are located in Europe and there are many booters running on ips of Europe so they can not block them one by one so they blocked them all so we cant connect the hltv.org proxy servers to our Hosted servers in our country so the point is maybe there is a slight problem of wrong ip or password or to protect there servers from ddos they blocked all Europe IPs MAYBE:D

Can you define the steps you took in order to pinpoint your problem?

try maybe to type while u are on server "rcon sv_proxies 1"

Remember that you have to have set sv_proxies to 1 in your server for the HLTV to be able to join if I remember correctly.

Try again and if the HLTV still does not join post a link to your booking and, hopefully, Nomad will be able the logs.
