Few advices to your play. It'll be realy long but read carefuly!
First there are lot of trolls. Also there are lot of people who think about themselves as pros. There are lot of bad mouthed people. There are lot of "I have no idea what I'm doing" people. Okay this is still first advice so point of this is be patient and don't rage. Rage never helps. Complaning and trying to correct other also almost never helps. So be patient with people and use ignore button often to avoid rage quits from your side because it's sometimes unbearable to write with some kind of people. REMEBER BE COOL AND DON'T RAGE THAT'S POINT OF SUCCES OF REAL MAN.
Watch pro players's streams. You can realy learn a lot watching them and sometimes they give you advice or analyse situation so you can teach more but remeber !!! Streams are not everything. I had friends watching streams 24/7 and still they're playing bad. There isn't anything better than real pracc in matches. So balance your watching streams and playing.
Communicate with your team. Seriously there are anything worse than end up with two ad carries because you didn't say you will play ad carry. + when someone want same champ/role as you. It's always better to stepp down and let him play it. Otherwise in some cases they will rage and troll all game.
Next advice. There's nothing bad to say sorry when you fuck up something. Again there's nothing worse than when someone do bad job and instead of say sorry or atleast be quiet. They start blaming other even it's totaly obvious they failed hard.
I have plenty of advices about interaction with people from your team or about picking/laning or pretty much everything in game, but it'd take too much time to write it all(+On sites like solomid.net there are guides about things I mentioned you can also check them). If you want hear more feel free to ask me.

dude he is level 30 and you are probably like below 8 .. if you play with him you will get level 25-30 enemies and end up feeding them and losing. You should probably level up , gain some experience , learn the basics and things like what different items do and how to play different roles before you play with him

I'm not saying I'm good at this, I play LoL casually but I understand the game almost completely compared to DotA 2 where there are X lane variants, in LoL you only see 1 top 1 mid 1 jungle 2 bot.

X lane variants? Mostly solo top, solo mid, treelane on bot or double if i remember correctly from dota 1. On publics players use the same model all the time (2 top, 1 mid, 2 bot or 1 is jungling). Also if u saw the latest event from LoL (ECC Pol.) there were a lot of changes on lane and you didnt only see 1 top 1 mid 1 jungle 2 bot..

LoL is certainly a noob-friendly game.... And it so noob-friendly it starts to get annoying. I downloaded LoL and one day later I could make neutral scores against lvl 27>... In the first hours I could make 20-1 scores against bots (against bots i know, but I made those scores on the first 3-4 hours of game). I don't really enjoy those noob-friendly games, and that's why I'm looking forward to win a DotA2 key, as it is a lot more complex than LoL (my level 30 friends on LoL can barely move on DotA2), or waiting for someone to give me one.
