He is not motivated. If you remember after Beijing he wanted to retire but U.S. forced him to continue.

Even while practising with his team he did not give his 100%.

I think it is really hard to motivate your self to swim at the best level, when you have already won everything. Probably his record of 8 gold medals will never be broken. So, the best thing for him is to retire. Now the time has come for Lochte, he has been in a shadow of Phelps almost all the time. Good game Phelps, you were the best swimmer of all time.

I allways cheer for the best and most prepared athlete to win, therefore when I cheer for any sport I watch, never for 1 spesific individuals, but for all the individs. But i dont like if one winner have cheated, that is what makes me the most angry.
