Help with finding games to spectate.
Counter Strike 1.6 (Steam Version)

Just recently I found out about spectating games through HLTV proxies, and whenever I add an IP to my favorites, the game will show up in my favorites but show 0/0 people playing. I have added live games and it says the same thing. Also when I try to join the server, it says "Server not responding" (for obvious reasons). Does anyone know a solution to the problem? Or what I am doing wrong?

I read somewhere that there is a HLTV.exe file in your CS 1.6 files, but I couldn't find it. Am I supposed to do it through a different program than just good ol' regular 1.6?

u have STEAM button on the page of the match u wanna spectate here on HLTV.Hit it,don't add anything anywhere.

Never add the HLTV to 'Favourites' as, if I remember correctly, a nasty bug may appear. Connect directly to the HLTV either the way #2 told you or pasting the IP after writing connect in the console; see
