as some of you may know, TVcstrike yt account got shut down some days ago, because of some copyright claims etc
I suspected of domenik ofc (our rival) anyways...

so ye domenik isn't that cool guy that makes videos for the community etc, he hates everyone that is not on is side...
ohh and btw yes we had toni movie uploaded @ our acc, because we promote & share movies blabla, like many channels (channelcs; jukaxD; etcetc)

Well, he is known as a douchebag and a moron in the russian community (atleast what I've heard and I've seen), but still, I don't get it. What did you stole from his movies? The music? Lol, they have no rights to close your channel since we all know that TVcstrike is a channel with original creations. You are allowed to use (well, not at all) any music without asking the rights from Domenik, only if the original track isn't written by him. That's lame, I believe our community can help you
we made some movies with clips from hltv.org and he told nix0n, also we had some other movies from moviemakers etc, and he contacted them and told them lies blabla and they claymed us.
one of those moviemakers is toni that is his friend and now he will not remove the claim :|
you're right, but it was stated in description that the video wasnt ours, we didint own anything plus we gave all the credits to toni, but the point here is that he just did this to ban us and he will be the "only one" producing professional movies, thats the main point.
we already apologized to nix0n, and he agreed to remove the claims, we apologized to toni, he didint agreed to remove the claims because domenik is sueing him to do not do it.
ofc he will not remove his clamis, it's his work FFS! why a thread about this? and even if dominik told him not to remove his claims, still his work! what's the problem?
You had to ask Nix0n if he allows to use his videos. But it has nothing to do with Domenik. I believe Nix0n and everyone who talked with Domenik: I am sure he did this because of business struggle, I hate personalities like him and I would never have a deal with such a moron. I don't understand why people support him on his channel, it would be better if they support TVcstrike.
I'd love to see your channel alive and if you need any support from the community (like writing some letters to youtube) just ask.
But 1 question: did you guys ask for the moviemakers' permission to post their videos on youtube and gave them the credits? Because if you didn't I think you have nothing to complain about.
about the credits I am totally sure because I updated all the descriptions when I entered tvcstrike, about the permissions I dont know.. because the movies were uploaded some time ago and I just entered tvcstrike 2 weeks ago.
