cl_rate was for bad modems like 56k and its useless now today so have it default (9999). And rate 20k for maximal hitbox.

-max rate in cs is 20k, using anymore is a waste of bandwith :p
-cl_rate = rate sent back to server i believe, so essentially your upload speed to the server. I use 20K, but I really don't notice much of a difference with default (9999)

The bullet register faster I think.
Why 9999 as default, why not 10000?! .
