What else is one supposed to do with $200? You can't buy a apartment. It doesn't effect is the amount is 10k or $200. E.g: A restaurant bill in europe will cost $100 for 2 people, in I dia it'll cost 5000 INR.
Average income data is pretty fucked up on charts because of the huge population and rural areas but everything is getting better day by day.
We play counter strike cuz we like it and for the want of earning or getting something material/money-wise. A vast majority of us play casually and such online tournaments create an atmosphere of competititveness.
We like em so we support em , irrespective of the prize money.
