press the buttons on the monitor. Look for 1 called "Aspect Ratio"

read the manual on how to unlock it. Usually its a combination of a few buttons.

yes, i have already unlocked it but dont say anithing about " Aspect Ratio " ( sorry x english )

Menu > Aspect Ratio > There'll be two option Widescreen/4:3 , choose 4:3 and done.

that's the problem, on menu don't say anything about " Aspect Ratio " :(

there must be an option for image size or display size...when you press the menu button...change it...to auto...or atleast tell me the options availible...

I also can't, I remember trying to fix it but there was something wrong with the tipe of cable of the monitor, something like that
