I think yes.
Because wAke,AERO and 3 former CS:Source zNation players now CS:GO zNation roster.
xek and pluto(maybe) just stand-in players,but i hope they will join to CS 1.6 roster.

This was a misunderstanding by plenty of CS 1.6 users all over the net, but there's no official statement saying so...That's a different xekk or something and not the xek we know...so...
