f0rest always played with better teammates(tentpole,gtr,walle) , f0rest primes was 2009, he was top2 world (gtr was top1) and no more, before 2009 neo won IEM, wcg being the best , and beat fnatic in wcg 2009 without a sponsor (showed that when they want, they can.) 2010 without LUq was very difficult to they(navi domination) and what say about 2011? Last year with majours tournaments, finished with the king on top1.
Hope that neo still the king in cs go.

Always played with better players? well thats a very, very subjective statement. What says the advantage is still not on NEOs side playing with same lineup(?) f0rever. CS is teamplay and G5 plays best as teamplayers along with navi but f0rest is the single most outstanding CS-player ever.

If we look at the gold medals then the most successful cs 1.6 team in CS history is the G5 and i´m pretty sure having the same lineup is a key reason for their success. Neo is most likely the best cs player but he is overrated in a sense that all his teammates are underrated.

The thing is, don't count on him being the best ever in CS:GO. One of the things that separates him from others is his movement combined with the raw aimtalent, but the movement is completely nerfed in CS:GO, there's only a small room for being better than others in it.

Several players have came out ad said that f0rest is literally a monster at all fps games. Once he picks them up he's owning on the spot and dominating a few practices later. GTR pays tribute to this in his 1on1 interview with Thoorin on SK site. Carn said something slog the lines too. I think he will be just fine.

f0rest started to climb his way up from "randomlevel" in 2004 as getting rekognized by the best. In 2005 he was highly respected as one sickest high skilled talent that CS hadnt seen before. 2006-2007 he dominated aswell as 2009 and 2011 he was top5 even if not in absolute prime, playing CS 1.6 at very top litterly since 2004/2005. Who can match that, rly (?) and such endurance at the very best toplevel in like 6-7 years of playing the same f*cking game (?) he is far from the opposite of training product. as you probably know he was playing 20 hours a week already in 2003, but he just wasnt experienced enough back then yet. broke through as toptalent in sweden in 2004, and in begrip and later fnatic he showed what he was capable of. by now he has over 6 years of professional experience, any idea to how much hours of CS that adds up? he probably has more hours logged than neo & co, due to the simple fact that he always had a salary in fnatic/SK, as opposed to the poles who were not always certain of sponsorship for trips and salary.

Ofc all need much grinding in beginning to improve along with alrdy existing potential talent. For a player who by many means comes down as the greatest ever and compared to how much effort he put, then f0rest is the natural talent to choose. While teams like navi and g5 relying more to strict teamplay-orientation - perfectly executed timing with flashes and such. Watch f0rest interview at fragbite and you perhaps get a small grip by yourself. He have easy to learn new games becomming good, but as mentioned ofc he put whole dedication and soul to reach the very top. Its like every sport, you cant just relie at pure telent, OFC you practise along with in order to become the best.
