Could it be able to add more flags/countries?
Espeacially Somalia =)? Shouldn't be hard, just a picture and some text

well actually I'm somehow into the subject and Denmark (where hltv is hosted) does not recognise State of Palestine so no wonder it's not listed :P

emowhine to a website which I hardly visit 5 times per week? Waste of time , and since kosovo is 95% albanian the flag fits to me just as good as the kosovo flag would have done.

Actually our social party who rules the state went into campaign, also mentioning that they recognize Palestine as a state.
But they haven't voted... Probably because the situation on the subject is tight within the EU.

Probably because there's no similar flag of Somalia as for instance your flag, fyber's flag etc. I mean the design if you will.

xD 2 or 3 years ago I said only that I dont like Israel nothing more
and I was banned for 1 year cuz of anti semitic sentence.
I never judge people by origin or skin, many ppl dont like Poland and they didn't get banned for sslander my country -.-.I think they don't want to make Palestinian flag.

I am aware of the discussion, I simply cannot say anything on the behalf of nomad or martin (owners of HLTV.org) because my job is only to keep the forums clean and the community happy, anything related with the content or the information that the site provides has to be talked with the owners or higher ranked admins.

When HLTV was created, we downloaded a set of flags. This set of flags was obviously a few years old and doesn't have ALL the flags that we recognize today.

If we wanted to make a new flag,we would have to get the style right, (if you look closely they have a black border and a shine effect on them) and then create them one by one.

Since we currently only have volunteer staff filling the role, it is impossible to say if and when this will be done.

As far as i know, all of his time is spent doing the banners for news and working on new profile (maybe, hint hint).

If someone from the community wants to volunteer and make a selection of flags that conform to the standard of the existing ones, please PM me here.

If that person is found, i'll make a list and he can start making some flags. I know there is quite a few flags missing.

So once again, the only reason some flags are missing is because they were not included in the "flag pack" we use.
