FPS DROPS
i have a fps drops problem in smokes and when i see a players next to me and sometimes when i shoot.
I dont know why but it drops from 99 to 60-70 even 50 and then it up again fast to 99.

lol man 50-70 is still well fps
don;t care couse u don't have a lags or sth like that

windows 7 ? maybe your game affinity is on all cores, just select 1 core, and it should be stable

It is a Pentium 4 thus I doubt cores (as there is just one) may be the issue.

Check Task Manager when this happens and see what process take over the CPU. Also if you are using XP and it has been installed since a long time it may be the OS itself that is the problem as it is known to reduce its performance with time.

You simply use the cdrom you should already have.

Check you CPU's cooler's pasta. May be it's finished or got old and your CPU become hot very fast and perfomance drop down
