FK is Filip Kubski (aka NEO)

Knew about this for a while now. Neo had a prototype :)

Pretty poor news article, doesn't mention what FK stands for. Not sure on the colours either.

All in all looks like a better version of the AM. Pity it doesn't do 400dpi.

Ah yeah! Damn how did I not think of that!
I was thinking about getting the EC1 but I think I'll just stick with that choice. Only thing I hate about the Zowie mice is the akward dpi settings.

It does 450. Why would you want exactly 400? You know that dpi also affected by the surface? You can always adjust in-game sensitivity.

Ye, I play at 800dpi 1.5 in game atm but I can convert it anyways. Only thing that I can think of is that my normal cursor speed in windows is either gonna be too slow or too fast for me to like.

The real DPi of the sensor is is more like 400 / 1200 / 2400 ;)

Few people and myself included who tested the mouse with enotus Had this ;)

EC1 for big hands, ec2 for small hands. there are 2 version in EC series. In evo version there is no prediction, whereas, there was a bit of prediction on normal EC series. evo mouse are awesome, I used once, but I personally like little bit of prediction. So normal version are best for me. According to the size of my hand, EC2 is the best. Till now there are not even a single bug, like double click, scroll problem, etc. Zowie mouse are best, you will be amazed by the performance of these mouses. Me coming from Kinzu v1 and Deathadder, after using those mouse for more than like 4 or 4.5yrs, it took only 1-2 weeks to set my hands on ec2.

EC1(non evo) is no more available online according to me. See if you can find one in local market or amazon maybe.

Well I found an online UK retailer that sells the EC1 White for 29.99 while all of the EVOs are 44.99. I don't really wanna spend too much.

Zowie mice are based on the popular Microsoft mice:

EC series = Intellimouse Explorer 3.0
AM series = Intellimouse Optical 1.1
FK series = Wheel Mouse Optical 1.1a

All have full rubber finish. They have glossy version too but those are hard to find on amazon and newegg.
