OK, honestly now! All mice have some grade of accel. but that is not the point. Even if you have a mouse where you cant even feel the acceleration (pretty much all quality mice inkl. raw), the accel. will have very little impact on your gameplay. The mouse shape, build quality and what you get used to is much, MUCH more important.
Go to a place where you can try it a little bit, if the shape feels really good and its made from a good company (microsoft, razer*, steelseries, zowie, corsair, logitech, roccat etc.) you should give it a try, cause aslong as you dont have a toothbrush as a mouse, what is doing the difference is YOU, not your mouse.
(If you want living proof look over at what umm...lets say Xizt, using an ikari, known for being the odd mouse of steelseries with some wierd problems and more accel. then other mice. But he is used to it and now he is one of the best at CS.)
