I dont know why it is but the game on all fragmovies ive seen looks really bad maybe its the framerate or the way the crosshair behaves it doesnt give you any kind of feedback

Possibilites are still capped, you simply can't pull off the things you can in either source or 1.6 with the 3rd party programs for videos, aswell the framerate is capped currently if you do not want to go around it with double recordings etc.
