yea, like source2 .. promod all the way! btw don't understand valve, 1.6 has a bigger community than source and they make a game wnich must replace 1.6 based on source, where is logic? (T_T)
So what does cs:go tell us, 1.6 players? Nothing? Shall we just ignore it?
I mean, we are 1.6 players and they didn't make a better version of 1.6, but a totally apart game. What they did is a better version of source, therefore it does not concern us. I don't uderstand it. Is like the new Halo come out and they bring it into discussion here, on hltv.org
To me it looks like a wannabe-New-Gen-Battlefield/COD game. The only thing missing is the health-regeneration and it has a slight touch of Counter-Strike in it.
This game is an approach to capture the console-gaming market, so far judging by the game I doubt VALVe really gives much of a shit about the competitive aspect of 1.6.
However, it is in the beta-stage, so It wouldn't be right to jump into conclusions about VALVe's intentions. Let's see how they react to our feedback and if they're ready to implement the changes which we want.
someday these stupid game developers will finally realize that the reason why counterstrike can outlast any game out there in the market is because it doesn't look or feel like some random cheapo mmo fps game u find nowadays
