Hey guys, I absolutely had no ideas what to use for todays "Gaming Advanced". I started looking at some demos from the NoA time. I downloaded a demo with us playing NGL One Season 2 against the spanish team x6tence. We played train and I watched myself play with AWP, and that's where I remembered how nice it is to retake b2 on train with AWP.

So for todays "Gaming advanced" it is to retake b2 on train as CT.

Don't you guys know when you are "fucked" in b1 (Yard, outside) when the attacks keeps working for your opponents, what are you going to do? – You take one of your b2 guys outside to help, so you make it one inside (B2) and four guys outside (B1).

And when you do that, what is the worst possible thing that can happen after that? They go B2, and shoot your lonely guy in there.
Let's say your only guy in b2 (Player 1) kills one, and flashes some other, before he goes down himself, and when he dies he can see the last four terrorists going down the ramp to b2, and he yells: “B2!!” This is what you do:
If you can avoid it, don't go to the link between b1 and b2, because people always flash, grenade or simply just put an awp to guard there, so if you can avoid it, try so.

You will probably have one or two AWP's outside yard, and this is the key for retaking the bombspot.



Many teams make their AWP go forward inside b2 when they are retaking, but that's in my opinion the wrong idea. Put the CT awp behind the trains, or up on the trains, and when the final retake is happening, but him on the higher ramp, so he can cover the upper entrance to b2. It makes the whole retake so much easier, because then his teammates doesn't have to worry about that entrance, and they can put a guy up on pop-dog, so he can cover the lower entrance to b2, and the others can simply just clear everything down on the bombspot. It's extremely important to have a simple rule of what your AWP-player is doing while you are retaking the bombspot.

I know this tactic probably were easy for some of you, but some teams seriously has some problems on that spot, anyways, make that rule in your team!

Here is a tip for next week if u want to share another tactic with us. =)

My "team"(well friends:), often play Dust2. And as Terror we have a few tactics up our sleeves. But the thing is that after we've done one of these we kinda forget about the round that's coming up and we start running around like it's public and we usally end up losing the round.

So a standard tac for T on D2 would be nice. So everyone do the same thing at the start of the round. If we dont rush B or something ofc. So when we get into our position we can then decide where to go, and better, if we've managed to pick someone out.

Just want to know if i got this right.

You wan't me to put up a setup on D2 as T, which you can run like all 15 rounds, just in the beginning of the round, before you then decide to make your tactic, b2 split, b1 split etc.. right?

Yeah, something like that =) I've seen cArn for example write "standard" in the beginning of a round and f0rest just makes sure that no one comes from long to backstab. and later he joins up with his team mates. Just an example.

But this is of course not so difficulty. Probably wont make an interesting article. But if u then throw in a few tactics on how u can move on from there. Like, how to attack CW. Where to throw nades and flashes etc.

This is just a tip. If u don't find it interesting u don't have to make one =)

Nice with some easy but also overlooked info on b2 retake. I would like to see some articles about what you do when:

- your opponents awp player dominates your own in head to head combat (avoid him yea, any other ideas?)

- your opponent is playing very offensive on the ct side - especially rushing banana and alternate middle in inferno.

-2nd/3rd round tactics after loosing a gunround
-2nd/3rd round tactics after winning a gunround - or if you are sure they have no money to buy guns later on.

Just som ideas, feel free to use any of them :)

and if you can explain the money system. I mean if you get 5 round in a row the enemy team is going to get extra 800$. I am not sure about the whole thing, but i watched demo from kode5 vs HR(if I remember correct) and you've got like 6 rounds in a row and then when they were eco you allowed them to plant and they were broke ^^

Haha, i think mje was just playing around to get the defuse frags, the terrorists get an extra 800 each if they plant the bomb but lose the round..

Your team gets an extra 500$ for every lost round in the row, except if you werent T and loas the round with alive members of your team with no planted bomb. The maximum you can get is 3400, instead of 3250 for winning the round.

have you ever watched zonic or neo playing live without being on HLTV ?
i can tell you it makes a big difference !!!
I once was spectating as an admin and zonic his aim was sometimes that incredible that it felt like he had an aimbot ... which of course was not

so before you say things like that person is better ... first watch them play without delay or hltv lag
