The Romanian qualifier for DreamHack Winter has failed to happen, as the organizers have called off the qualifier.
The final stages of the qualifier were expected to take place in Bucharest, gathering the top four teams from the online qualifier. The organizers [Kick Off Events SRL] had called off the offline finals this past week, stating that it would be finished online instead.
However, the online finals have now been called off too, meaning there would be no team qualifying for DreamHack Winter.
The qualifier was not a spoof-event, though, as the organizers went on to return the teams their €50 registration fee. The reason behind the cancelation of the event is due to the organizers failing to attract sponsors, meaning no funds to send the winning team to DreamHack Winter. The teams miss out on one of the hottest events this fall, as the tournament was their last chance to qualify for DreamHack Winter.
Contacted by HLTV.org, DreamHack organizer Fredrik Nyström stated that they will decide what will happen to the free spot on Monday.
Stay tuned as we will update you once we have learned, what will happen to the free spot in the tournament. We will be on site in Jönköping next week, bringing you all of the action from DreamHack Winter.
tiggie...come visit romania and you will find out ! the average payment in the country is about 300-500 euros per month , and if you have to pay rent for a 1 room,1 small bathroom and a little kitchen,whit a decent confort 300-500 euros whitout paying the energy , water , internet , phone etc...what do you think about that?

I`m sorry,but we have many expensive cars , most of Europe, statistics say that. Here are reach and poor people like in any country. So we aren`t different. We`re so smart that we steal ourselves. There are enough money but we don`t have good leaders. We entered the EU to take advantage of new, that`s the explanation.There are good reasons e.g. for the future,natural gas from the Black Sea.
