Made in Brazil have announced that Raphael "cogu" Camargo has decided to retire from gaming.
The Brazilian veteran had indicated prior to the WCG qualifier that he would most likely call time on his gaming career before the end of the year, and he has now officially decided to put an end to his playing days after being admitted into law school.
This is the second time Camargo has decided to retire from gaming, after in 2006 he quit Made in Brazil to become a professional football player in Qatar, an experience that did not bring him much success as he ended up returning to the team three months later.
Throughout his career, Camargo played a leading role in mibr's success story, helping the team win the CPL World Tour in Brazil in 2005, the ESWC World Finals in 2006 and shgOpen in 2007.
This decision leaves Made in Brazil with a four-man roster, with the team stating that further news about their future will be announced in the space of hours.

Cogu used to be the best awper of the world. He is a legend as HeatoN, Potti, SpawN, fisker, etc. Using an AWP he was a monster.
This year he is retiring, then he hasn't that motivation to keep playing, our community is so unfair and uses to judge a very good player, just about his actions lately.
Well, FalleN is growing up too fast.
This entire mess of brazilian top teams is getting us so twisted, we can't even trust a player's statement about the team friendship.

There goes in my opinion Brazils greatest cs 1.6 star of all time.
It is a shame that we will miss out on such a player in the future, in many discussions on the worlds best awper you could always bring in cogu`s nick without raising any eyebrows.

I see all these lineups but none have though of spacca who is doing very well latelly and seems to have improved a lot since he fist joined mibr.I also asume that he is young in age with lots of years to play in front and with the potential and hanger to become better.But thats just my opinion.

mibr 2008 lineup was the most skilled lineup I've ever seen, but they just couldn't stand playing together. So I guess if that lineup with fallen replacing cogu could play on mibr now, things would be a lot different :D

cogu was probably the best player in brazilian history. the 4 players that firegamers has at the moment are in a completely different league than what mibr has now, there's really no comparison anymore. right now, bit is the best player in brazil that ISN'T on FG, so if their drive to win is as strong as it used to be, they'll patch things up and put him back on the team. bit, nak, fallen, fnx, bruno is the team that should have gone to WCG and would have made it out of groups if they did (although i do think BTT is better than bruno).
