Sunde questionable for EM4 EU finals

Christoffer "Sunde" Sunde might be missing out on the European Championship Finals in Extreme Masters IV, as the event has been moved from March to January 2010.

The European Championship Finals in Extreme Masters IV was originally planned to take place at CeBIT in March, together with the World Championship (just like last season). An update on the ESL-website however tells us, that ESL has moved the event to take place in January, instead of March.

This puts mTw's AWP-star Christoffer "Sunde" Sunde questionable for the event. ESL only announced that the event will take place in January, not any specific date. Sunde will return from this vacation the 21st of January 2010, should the event take place before this date, mTw could very well be forced to find a standin.

Sunde is currently in southern-Peru, with no idea of the changes that ESL has made. mTw on the other hand, will be eager to find out, what date ESL plans the event to start, as they might be forced to find a standin. The Danes are still not qualified, they are currently second in their group and only top spot will grant direct access to the event.

Stay tuned for updates, as we will update you once ESL reveals the date of the European Championship Finals.

Well, we were actually the first to report about this. I talked to Sunde late last night, his phone is off, but he got the message and is super disappointed with the event being moved.
