CSP 1.08 - My opinion!

Default GUI:
CSP gui in My opinion is better than gui in CS, colors are finer and type letters.
Crosshair settings:
- Crosshair size
Crosshair size in CSP is like in CS 1.6, you can choose small/medium/large. I prefer small :)
- Crosshair color
This is so cool in CSPromod because you don't need write in console if you want black crosshair, you can choose it from crosshair pod menu. Or you can create your own crosshair color. I prefer white crosshair!
Models:
In CS 1.6 models are more better and cool, you can choose your favourite model, but in CSPromod you have just two type models(CT/T) CT-Black, T-Green. This is the first thing I hate in CSPromod 1.08!
Movements:
I don't like It, because ppl run like a grandma. Throwing nades isn't so good! In CS1.6 is more finer like in real, but in csp like a droping candies . Taking knife is good and I like it!
When u take pistol/gun it's like in CS 1.6 and I love it.
Weapons:
-Pistols-
- Glock: Is same as in CS1.6, but IMO burst mode is more better and accurate.
- Usp: I don't like Usp in this game, it's like deagle with 12 bullets :/.
- Deagle: In CS1.6 kill with deagle is more easier, but deagle is pretty cool there.
-Rifles-
- Famas: I love this weapon, and this is weapon which I most use because burst fire is cool, with three true bullets you can kill easy.
- Defender: Defender is pretty good weapon in this game, recoil is better than recoil in 1.6.
- Colt: Colt in this game in my opinion is good for spraying, because recoil sometimes go crazy.
- AK: Ak is good weapon in every CS Version, for true aimers!
- AWP/Sniper: In 1.6 is more easier kill with sniper because dot in middle of crosshair is finer(by default). Looks awp is better than look in 1.6.
Mix/5on5:
Mixing in CSP is more funny, I don't know why, mby game is new and I'm interested in playing. :$
Maps looks:
Maps are finer than maps in 1.6, textures quality is finer and some textures are changed compared to 1.6. Like nuke,dd2,inferno..
That's My opinion about this game, and I think CSP is pretty good game which can replace 1.6 always.
I can't say is this game better than CS:GO because I'm never play :GO.
Wait for CSP 1.09!

You have no idea what you are talking about. First of all, in CSP you can adjust your crosshair size to whatever you like, you are not limited to small/medium/large.
Second, movement =/= models. Movement in CSP is the same as in 1.6. On the other hand, models look funny, like they are from some cartoon or something. Probably because they don't have upper body bob when moving and their legs when running are like if they were on bicycle.

Promod comes too late and is too similar to 1.6 , why should I play it instead really ?
Plus the lack of strong support behind it , it may be a better game than CSGO but sadly there will be only like 4 maybe 5 full servers at the release , not much more .

and cs 1.0-1.6 had strong support behind it? the only support that counts is the one of the players, valve can spend millions if csgo remains as it is it won't get the fame as the previous counter-strikes (it'll end up like source).Though it is late,slow fixes ,it has no matchmaking, no new stuff...
if 1.6 is really dead i prefer playing CSP instead of GO. Anyday, anytime

I agree but someone from CS community complained about the poor graphics and claimed it needs to be improved (although CSP graphics still looks not so good)

Yeah the colors on that game are beautiful. They should remove some things in the options like the hltv models witch you can chose because thats annoying. Also agree about he models and movement
How is having the option to use HLTV models annoying? It gives no advantage; it's purely aesthetic.
They should remove so when you spectate someone with HLTV models you also get HLTV models while spectating them. Like if i play righthand the player i spectate is also for me righthanded even tho he might have left hand settings

1.08 was ok but still not right, although the 1.09 Alpha DM test was perfect. sadly i don't think the csp team will attract a lot of players even though it is a copy of 1.6 that looks better (which is what only 1.6 players wanted).
CSGO is the new transition, even though it's complete garbage now, valve atleast likes to hear feedback and update the game every couple weeks unlike CSP. Also, the FPS in CSGO might suck for 75% of the people but it's 2012 and CSGO is meant to be the FPS of the future, it can't be too bad when it's out of beta =/, valve needs to make the most of their game.

I loved the movement in CSP, also the recoil its not much different from cs except for m4a1 which is a bit sloppy, but the game is almost perfect for esports, i will give cs:go a try soon and then i can judge, even tho i'm pretty sure that AT MOMENT CSP is way better, but sadly its progressing so slow and it doesnt have the same advertising as CS:GO.
