Well I know I have been a pain for some people on HLTV, however as a person who enjoys helping communities out, I have compiled a list of online leagues, ladders and cups that are ongoing to help teams play where they see fit. Btw I don't know if there's one running atm, but excello usually does tournaments.

Edit2: It's finished, but if anyone interested in starting a few tournaments contacts the owner I'm sure you guys can work something out and start doing some of your own.
