SpawnPoint Gaming ODC #1
Previously, I was planning on making a LAN Tourney in Singapore for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Unfortunately, I was getting low / bad feedbacks for it, therefore I decided to close it down and come up with another plan which is this, SpawnPoint Gaming Counter-Strike: Global Offensive ODC. It will be a 1-Day Competition.
This competition will be a monthly competition for the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene.
All servers are located in Asia, Singapore.

SP ODC Rules & Regulations
1. Tournament Officials
Referees and all related Tournament officials have the final say. Decisions made by them are final and not disputable.
2. Check Ins
We will be using mIRC to do check-ins. This will ease our job for brackets and etc.
No other ways for you to check in, except using the mIRC.

You need to report on time. Check-ins will start at 3PM sharp until 3.45PM.
Brackets will then be released 5-10minutes before tournament starts.
3. General Rules
It is a 5 Player Team Tournament.
Each team is allowed to have 1 stand-in.
Each team needs to have 1 representative. He/she is responsible for his/her team and will be in-charge of contacting tournament officials to report final match scores or sending in a dispute.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify or change the rules without prior notice. Please check the rules as often as possible.
4. Game Rule Set: MR-15
The entire tournament will use MR-15 ruleset.
Round time: 1:45 Minutes
Both teams will play one map by following the MR-15 format as both Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist. Matches will be won by the team that is first to score/reach 16 rounds in total.
Each team member must use the exact same team abbreviation (Clan Tag).
Allocation of sides will be decided via a knife / taser round or by the mutual consent of the 2 teams.
In the case of a tie after the regulation rounds, 6 extra rounds will be played. 3 Rounds as Terrorists and 3 rounds as Counter-Terrorists. Victory is declared by the first team who reaches a total of 4 rounds.
Tiebreaker Round restart money: $10,000
In the case of another tie after the first tiebreaker round, an additional 6 rounds will be played until the tie is broken.
You are allowed to use Molotovs / Incendiary Grenade.
All matches throughout the entire tournament will be using 2 Flashbangs.
Finals match will be a BO3 format.
5. Substitutions
Tournament officials must be informed if any substitutions are to be done.
Substitutions can only be done before or after the match and not during.
The substitute player must be registered with the team prior to the tournament starting.
The substitute player for the team must not be playing for any other team that is in the tournament.
6. Restrictions
The sharing of basic weapons and ammunition are allowed.
You are not allowed to purposely suicide to drop item for another player.
Any cheats, hacks or exploits are illegal and not allowed in play. If caught, your team will be disqualified.
7. Fair Play
It is forbidden to insult, abuse or manhandle a Player or a Referee.
Lack of Fair Play can lead to penalties or even disqualification.
In order to secure a pleasant course of game, we encourage all players to show a sportsmanlike and fair conduct.
8. Penalties and Disqualification
If rules are broken, Tournament Officials may apply penalties to their judgement and discretion.
Penalties that can be applied are the following: Warning, 3 round loss or more, default loss, banning a player/team from the competition and disqualification of a player/team from the entire competition.
Disqualification are applied by the tournament officials and will void all rights for the entire team to participate further in the competition.
9. Reporting of disputes / scores.
All results must be reported to the respective Referee right after the match.
If you have a dispute with your opponent, please contact a Referee / Official immediately to solve it. Do not solve in your own hands.
10. Cheating
No 3rd party program or any trace of scripts will be allowed. This includes personal map textures and player exploits. It will be considered as a violation of the rules and will sanctioned according to point number 7.
Players are responsible for their own actions in regards to known map or game bugs/exploits.
11. In-Game / 3rd Party Communication
You allowed to use 3rd party communication program such as Mumble or Teamspeak.
Dead-Talking is allowed.
12. Roster
A team is allowed to have substitutes on their roster. The roster is locked during the entire tournament.
Teams are allowed substitutions, provided if they are registered on the roster. No substitutions will be allowed after the start of a match.
Tournament Officials can decide to make exceptions on roster changes depending on the basis of request (e.g. a player is injured, sick etc.).
Teams are not allowed to rotate their players in between matches.
A player cannot participate in more than 1 team during the competition.
