definetely.

the best choice, of course, is a quality online dm, but since that's not possible to me, i always put some rock at the highest level and spend one hour in a 1v10 against bots :D

improves a lot your aim.

Well not quite :) CS _can_ be a lot of fun and it takes nothing away from other activities if you don't let it. Imo GuX is the perfect example, the dude is in great shape and in very good health even tho he spends a lot of time with cs.

Playing against BOTS on my LAN server has always worked out my Warmup/Aim practice skills, Just get those PODBOTS and put them on the stupidest level that they can get and make them use knives only, What does that do is that those bots they have pretty good movements and they don't stop moving(which helps you aim perfectly).

as well you can try getting some small aim train maps, such us dust2 a only and b only, put 5+ bots on hardest difficulty and see how bad you are :D.

If find that mixture of different training helps in different ways. I've tried playing CSDM for hours, online games such as aim400kg or reflex playing hs only... they have different benefits, at the end until you point your aim on opponents head as fast as you can will get you a kill.

Just mix it up, play on csdm, flash game, aim map...

I have a rule, on CSDM (against real people) in 10 minutes player should get 50+ kills, depending on kill to death ration you will be able to give approximate skill that player has.
