Hello guy :) I put a new windows, windows 7 :) I put all programs and all I need when I got to cs, I installed, I went into cs and give to write something in "console" and I out of "console"? ... For example, into cs and give write "c" and just press the button and straight away ... from what can be?.. SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH

just hold pressing "e" delete it and write in console ,thats an usual bug for win 7

try switching your language from English International to English US, then restart your PC and it should solve your problem

post me the printscreen of your language settings, if you selected English US, then try deleting the International one entirely. it helped me.
