System Process
any ideas which one's are not usefull,and how do i disable/remove them permanently.
I have dual core @1.60Ghz and 1.5GB ram

it reduced a bit of lag,but the movement wasnt ..umm normal ? you know what i mean

Not in XP, but I used a similar site for Win7

DTShellHlp.exe is Daemon Tools. You can easily stop that process, if you're not using it.
The other processes seems to be either an anti-virus or just processes I don't know about.
All of those named "svchost.exe" are Windows services, which can be read about, and turned off by following the guide in my link
