I read it and there is that it should record demo with command record <name>, i did that i type record in my cs 1.6 console then i gave demo name and play sometime then i write stop, then i wanted to watch that but that was only first person look WTF ???

Firts of all you must download HLDS (Half-Life Dedicated Server) from steam. Then in directory of HLDS there is a HLTV. So start HLTV. Then you will see small window - type password xxx where xxx is password to your server. Than type connect xxx where xxx is IP to your server. Now, you are connected to server and you should see it on scoreboard where is HLTV Proxy in spectator. Now type to HLTV window record xxx where xxx is name of the demo.. after match you will type simply "stop" to stop recording of your demo.. well that´s all, your demo will be in HLDS directory, copy it to your cstrike folder, rename it to some useful name (because it will have very long name such as - xxx-4566512331654-de_nuke), so rename it and type to your console "viewdemo nameofyourdemohere" well I think that´s all :)
